Operation Novem is a 3DCG sandbox RPG for players who want squad management mixed with corruption and netorare themes. The tone is serious and mission-focused, with a strategic edge.

Story

As the newly assigned squad leader of SEER, an organization built to fight paranormal threats called Stains, you're handed a dangerous mission: exorcise the unstable Stain known as BOTC-15 with limited resources. Operating from a village near the Stain's location, you work alongside Furina, a seasoned exorcist and old friend, to plan and lead your team toward victory.

Gameplay

You manage a squad from a home base, balancing preparation and resources between missions. Turn-based combat handles the exorcism fights themselves, while the sandbox layer lets you explore the village, interact with your team, and steer relationships that can shift toward corruption or netorare outcomes depending on your choices. Management decisions outside of combat affect how ready your squad is for what comes next.
