Once in a Lifetime is a 3D dating sim for players who like a mix of horror and seduction in their visual novels. The tone shifts between everyday small-town life and darker, stranger territory.

Story

You live a normal life in Mistbury with your family until cracks start showing in the town's surface. What begins as small oddities pulls you into conspiracies involving a prison, hidden mansions, and a trip to the other side of the world, all leading toward Astaroth, a figure whose rise would mean the end of everything. Stopping him becomes the only way out.

Gameplay

Play as the male protagonist moving between Mistbury and the places its secrets lead you, talking to and getting closer to the women around you while piecing together what the town is hiding. Choices shape which girls you grow close to and how far those relationships go, with animated 3D scenes marking key moments along the way.
