Story

A divine wager between two forces ends with two champions chosen to settle it, one carrying light and one carrying an unseen darkness. Two childhood friends from a small village become adventurers after a ruin in the forest changes their path, and they arrive in the city of Valebridge to start their new life. As Caelum takes up work in the city, Aria drifts on her own, and what happens to her while he's away becomes the heart of the story.

Gameplay

Play centers on moving between locations in Valebridge, running errands and shopping while keeping track of where Aria goes on her own. The sandbox structure lets you decide how to spend each day, and choices about where to go and what to notice shape how the corruption storyline unfolds. Progress comes from paying attention to small changes in routine rather than following a fixed script.
