Story

Mark comes home from college to find his father gone, having run off to the Caribbean with another woman after embezzling money for years, leaving his ex-girlfriend behind with nothing. To keep the family home from falling apart, he agrees to turn it into a college dorm, which puts him back in daily contact with women from his past. As the house fills with tenants, old bonds resurface and new ones start to form around him.

Gameplay

Play centers on managing the dorm while building individual relationships with a large cast of women, most of whom Mark already knew before leaving for college.
