Overview

Modification App is a transformation-focused visual novel for players who want a slow, choice-driven corruption story with an erotic edge. The tone stays intimate and a little mischievous, built around one central experiment rather than a sprawling cast.

Story

A shady developer hands the protagonist a strange new phone app that can modify their roommate's body however they choose. She turns out to be more than willing to go along with it, and the app becomes the thread that pulls both of them somewhere neither fully expects.

Gameplay

Play centers on using the app to trigger physical changes in the roommate, unlocking new modifications by exploring a sandbox-style home environment and completing short in-scene events. Some changes are gated behind small minigames tied to specific rooms and times of day, encouraging players to revisit locations as new options open up. Progress is measured by how far the transformations are pushed and what new scenes that unlocks.

Once this event is finished, the MODIFICATION becomes available from the Default state, without needing to lose again.

It allows to quickly travel between MODIFICATIONS, by playing only 1 harder version of each minigame for the selected paths.
Travels costs TP. Since currently there is no way to farm money, the values were set low.
Update every minigame (except Bat Maze) to have a hard/teleporter version, as well as additional logic required for the teleporter (like knowing how far the minigame is from being beaten)
Update Paths app to allow for splitter connections.
Update Phone to allow for unlockable and conditional paths.
Create a new system to keep track of the changes that each MODIFICATION does, since before it was done by the events themselves.
Create Back Mia sprite character.
Create a dynamic Character Window effect.
Create a custom polygon effect for small visual enhancements during events.
Allow for multiple characters to say the same line at the same time
Fix dragging of the Paths app for touch screens.
Fix blush effect being rendered above Mia's eyes.
