MMA Life Simulator is a 2D side-scroller life sim for players who want combat progression mixed with adult content in an open city setting. The tone stays grounded, following one fighter's climb rather than a sprawling ensemble drama.

Gameplay

Players train and fight their way up the MMA ranks using turn-based combat while moving freely through a city map to meet its residents. Outside the ring, the loop shifts to management and social interaction, as each NPC has their own stats and desires that shape how encounters play out. Progress ties fighting success to what the player can access and unlock in the city itself.
