Overview
Medschool, Love and Friends is a 3D visual novel for players who enjoy harem stories built around everyday school and hospital routines. The tone stays warm and character-driven rather than dramatic.
Story
You play a medical intern balancing university coursework, hospital duties, and a busy home life. Along the way you meet a wide cast of people with their own personalities and storylines, set in a world that also connects to School, Love & Friends and Big Brother Ultimate.
Gameplay
Day to day, you handle medical consultations, move between different locations, and decide which character's story to follow and in what order. Choices shape how relationships develop, though the game avoids punishing outcomes, letting you steer things at your own pace.
