Medical Special Care is a 3D visual novel for players who want family drama layered with morally loaded choices. The tone shifts between clinical routine and quiet tension, letting players decide how far things go.

Story

A family of doctors — a psychiatrist father, his general-practitioner wife, and their nurse daughter — start over at St. Eva's Hospital, hoping for a fresh professional chapter. An unknown substance in the water supply, an odd initiative called M.S.C., and a string of increasingly strange coworkers and situations start pulling at the family's boundaries. As the days pass, choices made early on close off some paths and open others, forcing the family to face what they've allowed to happen.

Gameplay

Playing mainly as the father, with partial control over the mother and daughter in key scenes, the player steers each day's events through dialogue and decision points. Choices branch into distinct paths — Netorare, Netorase, and Love — each shaping how relationships and scenes unfold, and the game encourages replaying days to see how outcomes change. Side activities and side characters tied to the hospital add extra scenes and short detours between the main story beats.

What exactly is the secret M.S.C. program? Why is the “Kiten” serum so important? Could it really be the reason Eva, Karin, and the MC feel their desires shifting into something hotter, darker… and impossible to ignore?
The final version will pull back the curtain a little more. Eva and her husband will finally confront the truth about the stimulant in their blood - and reconsider everything that happened to them over the past week. The choices they make next will shape not only their future, but the future of their marriage.
