Masters of Raana

Masters of Raana is an open-world RPG for players who want a slow-built world of survival, power, and adult sandbox mechanics on a hostile alien frontier. The tone is grim and grounded, more about scraping out a life than saving one.

Story

After inheriting his missing brother's rundown mansion, the protagonist finds himself in Ikaanos, a struggling human colony on the alien planet Raana. Feudal kingdoms clash for territory while dangerous megafauna threaten what's left of civilization, and buried beneath it all are older secrets about the planet's past that reward those willing to dig through caverns and old texts.

Gameplay

Play unfolds as an open-world sandbox where the path is yours to choose: work an honest job, scavenge the wilds, fight in arenas, run a business, or pick up the family trade of training slaves. Trained slaves can be shaped into fighters, scholars, servants, or companions, then sold at auction or placed with NPCs seeking particular skills. Marriage, pregnancy, and raising children into the role you choose add a long-term thread to the otherwise open-ended routine of building influence across Raana.
