Story

Misaki has been assigned to you as an intern, and her fate rests on a 30-day trial period. As her superior, you decide how she's trained, evaluated, and treated day to day, with your own promotion tied directly to whether she passes her final review. The outcome, whether she succeeds or is undone by the process, depends entirely on the choices you make over the course of the month.

Gameplay

Each day runs on a management loop: assign tasks, review Misaki's performance, and choose how to respond to what she delivers. Rewards and punishments shift her behavior and standing, and your decisions accumulate toward the final evaluation at the end of the 30 days. Animated scenes and a gallery mark key moments as the sandbox structure lets you set your own pace between check-ins.
