Lust Asylum is a 2D erotic horror adventure for players who want dread woven into temptation rather than straightforward romance. The mood stays tense and uneasy throughout, favoring unease over comfort.

Story

Neil and Debby find themselves trapped in a nightmarish forest governed by madness and cultic symbols, watched over by a seductive, otherworldly presence known as Elesan. With no way out and something unseen stalking them, they're pulled into a descent where fear and desire blur together, leaving them unsure what to trust — including their own minds.

Gameplay

Players guide Neil through exploration and hiding as they piece together what's happening in the forest, managing stamina, health, and a lust meter that shifts as the horror closes in. Movement between areas follows a sandbox structure, letting players choose how and when to push deeper into the nightmare.
