Lost Times

Lost Times is a 2D adult management sim for players who want tough moral choices mixed with corruption themes. The tone is grim but laced with dark humor.

Story

In a sealed post-apocalyptic shelter called Secret Refuge, you work as the gatekeeper deciding who is let in from outside. Every choice about an Outsider carries consequences, and three factions inside the shelter compete to win your loyalty. There is no clear right answer, only trade-offs between safety, trust, and power.

Gameplay

Each day you screen Outsiders and decide their fate, then manage the fallout with the shelter's factions through dialogue and small favors that build or break trust. Between decisions, you handle point-and-click tasks and puzzle-style mini-games tied to gatekeeper duties, including run-ins with raiders and targeted missions against specific threats. Reputation with each faction opens or closes doors, shaping which characters and opportunities become available over time.
