Overview

Lost Lagoon - Island of Lust is an animated adventure RPG for players who want a lighter, tropical harem story with dating sim elements. The tone stays warm and playful rather than dark.

Story

After a storm strands the player on a remote tropical island, they team up with a small companion named Gabriella to free the island's Goddess from the Demon Queen Nyx. The island's inhabitants have their own reasons for wanting to help, and their own ways of showing it.

Gameplay

Players explore the island, talk with its residents, and work through RPG-style progression tied to the goddess's rescue. Along the way, conversations and choices shape relationships with the island's inhabitants, moving between exploration, light adventure puzzles, and animated character scenes.

The AI era is officially over. Every single AI asset has been removed.
Fully Animated Scenes: No more static renders. Experience the island with high-quality animated scenes and custom sound design for a truly immersive experience.
Unique Identities: I’ve overhauled the dialogues and styles for every girl. I'm still honing my writing, but I’ve worked hard to give each bachelorette her own individual voice, style, and personality.

Activity Spots & Job Board: Keep an eye out for interactable spots on the map that trigger extra character scenes and flavor text.
Combat Overhaul: I've added a batch of new weapons, armor, and gear to make combat more engaging and tactical.

Chapters 1 & 2 are Complete: This includes the first two Love Events for every main character.
More Playtime: A standard playthrough (no speedrunning!) should now take roughly 5–6 hours.
New Locations: Explore the Public Restroom, the Farm Barn, and get a sneak peek at the Monstergirl Resort (WIP) , featuring the beginnings of our village-building mechanic.

Because of the massive changes to the engine and assets, old save files from previous AI versions are NOT compatible. You will need to start a fresh journey to experience the new Lost Lagoon correctly.
