Story

Arlisse and Zein, elves from a world their kind has ruled since creation, are torn from their home by a rival faction's forbidden ritual and cast into Earth. Reduced to human bodies and stripped of most of their power, they take shelter with John, an older man who finds them stranded outside his home. What starts as a favor between strangers grows into something more complicated, as the elves search for a way back while John is drawn into a chapter of his life he never expected.
