Overview
Keira Quest is a 2D adventure for players who want dark fantasy adult stories with combat mixed in. The tone is grim and explicit rather than lighthearted.
Story
Keira, a red-skinned girl, arrives on a small island country and has to build a new life there among its people and creatures.
Gameplay
Play unfolds as a mix of exploration and turn-based combat, with quests tied to an Adventurers' Guild giving Keira tasks to complete around the island. Encounters with monsters and other inhabitants lead into adult scenes, many framed around coercion and bondage themes rather than consensual pairing.

- A major quest has been added that concludes Keira’s main storyline, in which you’ll need to gather chemical components for Alexander’s new creation and complete your final tasks for the Adventurers’ Guild.
- To unlock this quest, you must complete the main story quest in which Keira recorded her adventures using memory crystals.
- One of the eight possible endings has been added. In this ending, Keira decides to devote herself to working at the stable and caring for her beloved stallions.
- To unlock this ending, you must complete all of Old Man Maurice's tasks.
Many new scenes have been added:
