Story

Ryouji contracts a strange illness after his father drugs him and leaves him saddled with debt. His condition forces him to seek regular contact with female hormones to keep his symptoms in check, so he takes over the Tenryuu Bathhouse both to pay off what he owes and to manage his health. As he builds up the business, he crosses paths with seven women, each drawn into the bathhouse under different circumstances, and his illness pushes him to pursue closer relationships with them.

Gameplay

Each day splits into four time periods spent upgrading the bathhouse, exploring the surrounding area, and talking with the cast to raise their favor. Income comes from bathhouse services as well as side activities like gathering rare herbs in the mountains and turning them into medicine to sell. Ryouji's illness has to be watched constantly: ignoring it risks a collapse that costs money or worse, so treating his condition and growing the business run on the same clock.
