Hotwife Hotline is a phone-based visual novel simulator for players who want a netorare experience built around jealousy and submission. The tone stays intimate and confessional, framed entirely through calls from someone else's perspective.

Story

The player's wife has grown distant under the weight of a hardworking, unglamorous life together. She insists her love hasn't changed, but her old desires have resurfaced, and she begins pursuing them again — with or without approval. What follows is told through her calls, leaving the player to listen as she describes a life slipping further out of his control.

Gameplay

Play centers on phone conversations: answering calls, choosing how to respond, and reacting to what's shared. Dialogue choices shape how much detail she reveals and how the relationship bends under the weight of her confessions. There's no exploration or management layer — the tension comes entirely from listening and responding in the moment.
