Overview

Horny for Change is a 2D fantasy RPG for players who enjoy corruption and transformation themes with a playful, irreverent tone. It leans into gender-bender and body-swap fantasy rather than grim heroics.

Story

A kingdom in danger needs heroes it doesn't have, so the sorcerer Victor takes on the job of making them. Working with the kingdom's least likely candidates, he turns to leadership, encouragement, and transformative magic to shape them into something closer to legends.

Gameplay

Play centers on guiding Victor as he recruits and reshapes a cast of unlikely would-be heroes, mixing light RPG structure with scenes built around transformation and corruption mechanics. Choices in how Victor mentors and magically alters his recruits push their arcs in different directions, with combat encounters and character interactions tied together through the same core loop. The game is presented from a personal, voyeuristic point of view that keeps the focus on Victor's influence over the people around him.

Common Courtesy -
The game runs better now! And it's smaller in size! We made a lot of changes so it runs better both on Web and all plataforms, so if you had performance issues, not a problem anymore!
Conditions of My Parole -
We (mostly) fixed the combat! We removed most of the combats on the demo, it should be a smoother sailing now. On the full game we'll do a full re-work of the battle system to better integrate the Transformation our characters will have on the battle.
Songs For The Deaf -
Sounds! Sex Scenes now have sounds and more, and run better. And when you finish the demo, you are teleported to a room where you can re-experience the sex scenes.
Brand New Eyes -
Wynter has her Transformation re-worked! We heard you all, y'all want more changes, bigger tits, and that extra spice. So enjoy her new form, hope you y'all enjoy it.
Demo
This demo is around 8~10% of the full game, so it's really the start only.
And there will probably be bugs, so all that "yadda-yadda this doesn't reflect full game yadda-yadda".
