Hive City Heat

Hive City Heat is a 2D side-scrolling action game for players who want a cult-punching heroine with a parody edge. The tone stays brash and irreverent, closer to arcade mayhem than serious drama.

Story

Heidi takes on the Genestealer cultists, a robed and unsettling faction that has overstepped its bounds. The setup is simple: she's here to put a stop to their creeping presence, one heretic at a time.

Gameplay

Movement is straightforward side-scrolling action: run, jump, and punch your way through waves of cultists and monster enemies. The current build keeps things lean, focused on core combat rhythm rather than layered systems, with more mechanics and encounters planned as the game grows.
