Overview

Heavy Hearts is a turn-based RPG dating sim for players who want a dark fantasy world of monster girls and creature encounters. The tone leans explicit and unsettling rather than lighthearted.

Story

Humanity has been driven to the edge of extinction, with the few survivors captured by orcs, lycans, drakes, and other creatures for labor or worse. Luccia sets out to learn what happened to her species, working to stop the extinction and bring humans back from the brink, even if that means her own bloodline gets a little mixed in the process.

Gameplay

Players guide Luccia through turn-based combat encounters against the various creatures hunting what remains of humanity, while managing dialogue and choices that shape her relationships with both humans and monster girls she meets along the way. Exploration and combat are tied together with scenes that reflect the world's power imbalance, including moments where Luccia has no control over what happens to her.

Notes

Fixed an inventory and shopkeep glitch that was caused when engine "lost" some set variables. I missed this when I launched my last patch, and i'm sorry for that.
Added some fail-safes to the Cat paladin level that hopefully prevents people from getting stuck
Renamed Heavy Hearts.exe to player.exe, which apparently allows for certain hardware profiles to be executed and may fix artifact glitches. Who knew?

Fixed issue when fighting Egregore on the Airship. Losing caused permanent gameover due to missing load link. This has been corrected
