Story

Keisuke Hotsure transfers to Seichou Academy, a college on a remote island between Sakhalin and Hokkaido built specifically for students undergoing strange bodily changes. As he settles in, he meets classmates each dealing with their own transformation, and slowly starts to learn what the island is hiding.

Gameplay

Play centers on getting to know the academy's students and staff, choosing who to spend time with and building relationships that unlock intimate scenes tied to each character's particular transformation. Between story scenes, the game runs on a sandbox structure, letting the player manage Keisuke's schedule and revisit locations as new events open up.
