Overview
Gamer Struggles is a 2D adult side-scroller for players who enjoy fantasy monster-girl encounters with a mix of comedy and crude humor. It leans into exaggerated, over-the-top tone rather than anything serious.
Story
Chiro has spent years locked in her room as an antisocial gamer, and her family finally throws her out into the world. The game follows what happens next: whether she learns to function among others or drifts further into the same bad habits that got her kicked out in the first place.
Gameplay
Players guide Chiro through a side-scrolling world filled with monster girls and fantasy creatures, moving between areas and triggering encounters as she goes. Many of these meetings turn hostile or sexual, often with Chiro on the losing end, reflecting her struggle to adapt to a world outside her room. Progress ties her personal growth (or lack of it) to how these encounters play out.
