Story

Mio once became futanari and saved another world, then returned to an ordinary student life. A reunion with her childhood friend Luka and the arrival of Seira, a saint from that other world, pulls her back into conflict, as invaders threaten the modern world and Mio must take up the Futanari Holy Sword once again.

Gameplay
