Overview
Frozen Past is a 3D adult visual novel for players who like slow-burn mystery stories with a darker edge. The tone leans heavy and dramatic rather than lighthearted.
Story
A man wakes up with no memory of who he was. His own family holds back the truth, forcing him to dig through his past on his own, one uncomfortable answer at a time. The question hanging over everything is whether what he finds is worth remembering.
Gameplay
Players guide the amnesiac protagonist through a free-roaming present-day setting, choosing where to go and who to approach as new pieces of his past surface. Conversations and encounters with relatives and other people from his life slowly reveal what happened to him, with player choices shaping how those relationships unfold.

Installation
1. Extract and run Frozenpast.exe 2. To install the official incest patch, download patch.rpyc and place it in the "game" folder. Make sure that there is no save of the game.

- This update includes two scenes: one with Emilie that moves the storyline forward, and another with Exxy that’s sensual and steamy.
- I’ve reworked the gallery with a more standard code structure, which might cause some bugs with older save files.
v0.40.1
- 1 - Many users reported serious memory issues, including computer crashes — and I experienced it myself afterwards! This was due to the Ren'Py version 7.8.7 used to build v0.40. I was forced to recompile the game using Ren'Py 7.6.3 (the same version used for Frozen Past v0.38), and this issue is now resolved!
- HOWEVER! Saves made with v0.40 will not work with v0.40.1! My apologies for the inconvenience.
- 2 - Some of you also reported problems progressing through the game when certain romances are rejected. That’s not supposed to happen, since Frozen Past allows you to block each romance and choose your preferred sexual practices. I worked hard to fix this, and after extensive testing, it should now be 100% resolved!
- 3 - I also took the opportunity to correct numerous bugs and some typos — especially in French (my native language... how embarrassing).
- 4 - And finally, I added a little shower fantasy scene for Ms. Token — as a way to make up for the inconvenience.
