Story

Jen wants an apartment she can't quite afford, owned by a woman named Paula whose place has a reputation for being worth the price. During the showing, Jen looks for a way to make the arrangement work in her favor, and what starts as a negotiation over rent turns into something more personal between the two women.

Gameplay

The game moves through Jen and Paula's conversations and encounters as a linear visual novel, with light customization letting players choose the characters' names. Scenes are built around dialogue and animated sequences rather than branching choices or resource management, so the experience plays out as a guided story from the apartment showing onward.
