Fallen Doll: Operation Lovecraft is a 3D adult sex simulator for players who want a science-fiction monster setting with a heavier, darker tone. It plays as a straightforward adult showcase rather than a story-driven game.

Story

Set in a science-fiction world drawing on H. P. Lovecraft's mythos, the game centers on female androids and women who encounter alien creatures and human "dreamers" left in a mindless state. The premise leans on cosmic-horror atmosphere rather than a developed narrative.

Gameplay

The game runs on Unreal Engine and supports both desktop and virtual reality viewing, letting players observe or direct encounters between its characters and the alien and human figures in each scene. Interaction is currently limited to a sex-simulator loop, with the interface able to be hidden for an unobstructed view. Broader single-player and multiplayer systems are planned but not yet part of the experience.
