Escape Fatal is a turn-based adult RPG for players who want a tense escape scenario with heavy fetish content. The tone is grim and claustrophobic rather than playful.

Story

A magical girl is shot down during a mission and crashes into a forest, ending up trapped in an abandoned underground facility deep in enemy territory. Cut off from help and unable to communicate, she must slip past patrolling machines and fight her way out before the enemy's mind-and-body manipulation finishes her off.

Gameplay

Combat runs on a turn-based system where enemy attacks shift their portraits and tactics as they try to overwhelm the protagonist through hypnotic signals, restraints, and rising sensitivity rather than raw damage. Getting caught mid-fight risks a defeat scene, and nearly every enemy in the facility, from minor patrol units to bosses, has one. Winning a fight doesn't lock away its content either, so players can push through quickly and return later to review captured scenes at their own pace.
