Overview
EP Metal-X is a 2D adventure for players who want dark fantasy action mixed with corruption themes. The tone is grim and combat-driven, built around a hunt across a hostile wasteland.
Story
A female hunter tracks a wanted criminal who holds a personal blood feud against her, a figure as powerful as they are mysterious. To close that gap in strength, she takes on Fuyou as a companion, though Fuyou's own reasons for helping her run deeper than they first appear.
Gameplay
Players fight mutated monsters and dangerous wanted criminals across the wasteland, converting bounties into EP. That EP is spent in a dedicated EP space to build and upgrade facilities, gradually turning the protagonist into a superhuman combatant capable of standing against an entire army. Combat and base development form the core loop, with corruption and transformation elements tied to story progression.
