Endless Comfort is a 2D side-scroller for players who want body-horror transformation content with a futanari focus. The tone stays tense and strange rather than lighthearted.

Story

You work at a clinic where something has gone wrong. An unknown abnormality is spreading, slowly corrupting and changing your body, and it grows worse if you fail to stop it in time.

Gameplay

You move through the clinic spotting abnormalities before they spot you, taking pills to hold off their effects. Miss one and it waits until you sleep to strike, pushing your transformation further. With 24 distinct abnormalities to watch for, each run means staying alert and managing how far the corruption is allowed to go.
