Overview
Dragon Incarnate is a visual novel adventure for players who want a slower, choice-driven fantasy story with optional romance. The tone stays character-focused, letting players set their own pace between story and side content.
Story
After a difficult beginning, the player and a group of companions set out to uncover the truth behind the dragons. The main quest carries this thread forward, while side quests and companion storylines fill in the world around it.
Gameplay
Players create and name their own character, choosing a gender including the Yin, a female-bodied group with their own traits, before setting out into the world. Progress comes from advancing the main quest, which opens up new areas, quests, and activities at a pace the player controls. Alongside the story, there are companion quests, side quests, mini-games, and puzzles to work through, plus light sandbox elements for exploring outside the main path. Romance is optional throughout: companion quests can be completed with or without pursuing a relationship, and adult content tied to the Yin can be turned off at the start without removing them from the story.

- Added the missing animations for Mushy's scenes.
- Outfits can now be purchased at the Blacksmith in Seasalt Village. Equip outfits from the inventory.
- Added 4 outfits: Swimsuit, Assassin, Knight, Wizard.
- Added sound and voice effects to all existing scenes.
- Updated menu with new sound options. Sounds should default to 50%. Adjust to your liking.
- End Replay button inside the gallery no longer has a confirmation. This is the best solution I could figure out. Otherwise sound will not stop when ending a replay, even into the main menu. Odd behavior. Perhaps there's a better way to fix this. Maybe I'll look into it again later.
- Fixed the elephant-man/half-elf scenes' icons in the gallery for futa MC.
