Overview

Doctor Simulator is a 2D adult simulation for players who want a management-style office scenario with a dominant male perspective. The tone is explicit and playful, built around control and persuasion rather than narrative depth.

Gameplay

Players run a private medical practice, greeting female patients and guiding them through exams that start harmless and grow more invasive. Success depends on reading each patient's suspicion level, choosing dialogue and actions carefully so she stays compliant rather than alarmed. The core loop repeats across patients, with outcomes shifting based on how convincingly the player plays the role of doctor.

Story Line
New sex scenes for Shreya
As your relationship improves with Shreya, more scenes will be unlocked by visiting the shopping district
Main Character Homes
You can visit Shreya's house to talk, gift items, change outfits, or perform sexual actions
Many clothes are available to customize the appearance of main characters during dialogues (only Shreya for now)
Medical Exams
Completing an exam will earn money now, proportional to the maximum level of nudity the patient reaches during the exam as well as patient suspicion
When a tool is used on the wrong body part, the error message "Tool cannot be used on this body part!" is shown
When a tool cannot be used on the character at all, the error message "Tool cannot be used on this character!" is shown
If a tool requires the Secret Basement (eg. syringe), the error message "Tool cannot be used until Secret Basement is owned!" is shown

Important : Old saves will show up in loading menu, but will not work. You need to start a new game!

7 New Characters! (2 male - can disable at the start of game)
2 New Hospital Minigame stages - gain experience to unlock them

Brand new Notebook Menu for recording CGs and patient data

Known Bugs:

Modeling Minigame doesn't give money or CGs yet
You can steal more fans than the other person has (you can also have a negative number of fans/attributes)
Shop Menu not displaying scroll bar
