Displaced

Displaced is a 2D adult management RPG for players who enjoy fantasy settings with turn based combat and a village to build up. The tone leans lighter and comedic rather than grim.

Story

Arron, an exiled prince, ends up leading a small village in a distant land. Building the settlement up and dealing with the monsters and people around it becomes his way of carving out a place for himself after being cast out.

Gameplay

Players split their time between turn based battles against monsters and running the village itself, sending Arron out on quests to gather resources needed for crafting gear. Materials feed into a crafting system that produces stronger and more unique equipment, and progress is reflected in the settlement, which visibly changes as it's upgraded. Story scenes play out in a visual novel style between the combat and management stretches.
