Overview
DiBS: Tentacles in Spaaace is a side-scrolling action platformer for players who want tense, creature-driven combat with an adult edge. The tone stays somewhere between arcade tension and playful smut, never taking itself too seriously.
Gameplay
Play centers on a grapple mechanic: as monstrous creatures close in, they latch on, and the player has to wrestle free before things go further. Movement and quick reactions matter as much as combat, since every encounter can turn into a struggle to break loose rather than a straight fight. The side-scrolling structure ties exploration and shooting into that same push-and-pull rhythm.
Features
- Fast, reflex-based grapple-and-escape combat loop
- Hand-drawn 2D animation for creatures and encounters
- A female protagonist facing a growing roster of monster-type enemies
- Mix of shooting, platforming, and close-quarters struggle in one system
Notes
A boss encounter and its related cinema content are accessible early through an in-game computer terminal, but the full level built around him is still being developed.
Installation
1. Extract and run.
