Overview
Despair is a 3DCG dating sim for players who want a grief-tinged school story with a slow-burn harem structure. The tone leans dramatic, with dark undercurrents beneath the humor.
Story
A young man from a privileged family arrives in a new country after losing the people closest to him, hoping to leave his past behind. Instead of staying with his own social class, he enrolls in Class F, a group of misfits and outsiders. As nightmares begin to blur memory and reality, he starts piecing together buried truths about his family and himself, with each choice pushing him closer to healing or deeper into despair.
Gameplay
Play unfolds through a male protagonist's perspective as he navigates school life, forms bonds with the students around him, and follows branching conversations that shape those relationships over time. Dialogue and story choices determine how trust, romance, and rivalries develop across the cast. Rendered 3DCG scenes carry the dramatic and intimate moments alongside the everyday school setting.

- Branching relationship paths shaped by dialogue choices
- A mystery thread involving dreams, memory, and family secrets
- School-setting drama blended with dark humor
- Rendered 3DCG visuals throughout
Installation

- First and foremost, I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you who supported this project from the very beginning. Your patience, understanding, and continued encouragement mean the world to me. I know this update took far longer than expected, and for that, I want to offer my deepest apologies. Life threw me more than a few unexpected challenges along the way, from personal issues to major life changes all of which caused significant delays in development.
