Story

After a mysterious epidemic seals off the City, most residents are gone, infected, or dangerous. As MC, you search the ruins for your family while sheltering two women you have already pulled to safety, aware that every faction and stranger left behind is a potential threat to the people you are trying to protect.

Gameplay

You split your time between exploring the City for leads on your family and managing the household you have built with the two rescued women, balancing their safety against outside threats. The sandbox structure layers RPG-style progression and choices onto a branching plot, and while most core story content plays out as written, NTR-related outcomes can reportedly be steered away from through your decisions.
