Overview

Cuttlefish is a 2D dating sim for players who like sandbox-style romance games with a mature, open-minded streak. The tone stays lighthearted despite the adult subject matter.

Story

You and your girlfriend have been together for over a year, and she's struggling with social anxiety. What starts as a suggestion to help her build confidence through a single date with another man turns into something bigger when she proposes swinging as a couple. From there, the two of you set out together to find the right partners to share that experience with.

Gameplay

Players move through a city hub, meeting people and building relationships at their own pace rather than following a fixed script. Progress is tracked through friendship and affection systems as you and your girlfriend get to know potential partners, with animated scenes marking key relationship milestones. Free time can be spent exploring locations like the mall or simply advancing to the next day while you decide who to pursue.
