Couples is a visual novel for players who like slower, character-focused romance stories with an adult edge. The tone stays grounded and personal rather than comedic or over the top.

Story

A man relocates to a new city with his girlfriend Claire, who is eager to reconnect with her college friend Amy. When Amy and her girlfriend Katie run into a housing problem during dorm renovations, the couple's spare guest room becomes a solution that draws all four of them closer together.

Gameplay

The game unfolds as a narrative you read through, following the man and, at times, the women around him as their living situation and relationships shift. Choices shape how these two couples interact and how far their new closeness goes, with the story moving between everyday domestic moments and more intimate ones.
