Story

Set in an alternative version of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, the story turns on the moment Verso stood between his father and Gustave on the Stone Wave Cliffs. From there, players uncover the secrets held within the Manor and follow the expedition's path across the Continent through Gustave's own journal entries.

Gameplay

Progress comes from reading through Gustave's journal as the expedition advances, paired with a simple mini-game where players use Monoco's bell to knock flying nevrons out of the air. Alongside these activities, players choose how to approach Gustave, either building a friendship or pursuing a romance with him, and those choices shape which ending is reached.
