Overview

CelSector is a side-scrolling action shooter for players who want body-horror and transformation themes wrapped in fast, dangerous exploration. The tone is grim and unrelenting, with little room for comfort once the doors open.

Story

A once-secure facility has fallen, its halls turned into a labyrinth ruled by strange, hungry creatures. Whoever is trapped inside must fight through the wreckage and escape before the things roaming the dark claim their body for good.

Gameplay

Players move through a large interconnected map on foot, shooting and dodging through side-scrolling combat against a range of monstrous enemies. Exploration rewards careful movement, since capture by the wrong creature leads straight into transformation and corruption sequences tied to the game's horror themes. Character creation lets players shape their protagonist before heading into the facility's depths, where combat encounters and environmental threats escalate the deeper they go.
