Overview
Camp Mourning Wood is a 2D adult sandbox adventure for players who enjoy monster-girl fantasy with a comedic streak. It keeps things playful rather than heavy, with a mystery undertone running beneath the humor.
Story
El Presidente is sent to an all-girls reform camp meant to straighten out troubled youth. What starts as typical summer camp antics turns into something stranger once monster girls, arcane languages, and hints of a looming threat to the camp surface, pulling him into a quest to figure out what's really going on before it's too late.
Gameplay
Players guide El Presidente through daily camp life, moving between locations to talk with the camp's residents, pick up quests, and stumble into scenarios that mix comedy with voyeuristic peeking and flirtation. The sandbox structure lets you choose who to spend time with and when, gradually uncovering the camp's mystery through exploration and repeated visits to key characters and spots.

- Dormouse
- We're introducing three new girls this update. Tessis, Tassis & Timmis. A group of local dormouse living in Camp Mourning Wood. Speak to Tess to get the quest started.
- New telescope event
- When listening to rumors at night a new event will pop-up that remarks about a girl going to town on herself in the middle of camp. However the only way to catch her is by using the telescope in camp.
- Laura pin-up quest
- Seems Laura is getting a little uneasy with the lack of protein powder in camp. Maybe you can help her with that? She might offer you a reward in return~... ♥
- Sauna quest
- Looks like someone is hogging the sauna all to herself. Try luring her out on your quest to find exotic teas. I tried something new with this quest. There will be multiple times where you can end the quest early, but will miss out on variations of the sexy CG. Let me know what you feel about this and I might add more in the future.
- Cabin customization
- This one is currently still a work in progress, but for those who've unlocked the Orange Trainer / Paprika Trainer content via the mailbox will already begin customizing their cabin with the help of the Dormouse girls. More will be coming in a future patch.
Other stuff:
- Laura Christmas outfit
- New background minis
- 22 new background minis have been added to help bring the camp feel more alive. Over the years my background artist has gotten a lot better, so expect some of the older models to be updated in the coming months.
- Extra background art added
- Mostly stuff used for the Dormouse quest. One of them is this super cute mouse home that I had to share with you all. These backgrounds are drawn by Anya. I'm so glad she joined our team.
