Story

A young historian leaves her hometown to learn about her own kind, the shapeshifters, whose nature remains largely a mystery even to her. Along the way she can align with the Mage guild, the Adventurer's guild, or neither, and her choices determine how deep she gets pulled into the schemes of the world's competing factions.

Gameplay

Play centers on free exploration of an open world, where the protagonist can take jobs, train skills, and shift shape to interact with people and places in different ways. Faction standing shifts based on who you help or ignore, and side work, including less reputable jobs in bars and back rooms, sits alongside the main pursuit of shapeshifter lore. Corruption and transformation mechanics tie into how the protagonist's body and abilities evolve as the story moves forward.
