Bright Lord

Story

A man's life is upended after a paranormal demon binds itself to him, using his body as a weapon in its bid for power and revenge. He tries to resist, but every act of resistance only deepens the corruption spreading through him. Eventually he must lean on the demon's own influence to do right by the people he loves, even as that same influence reshapes everyone around him and closes off any path back to how things were.

Gameplay

Players follow a linear story told through rendered scenes and animated sequences, making choices that decide how much control the demon gains over the protagonist and the people in his life. Resisting or yielding shifts relationships and outcomes, with corruption acting as a running consequence of the player's decisions rather than a simple stat. The pacing centers on story progression and character reactions rather than open exploration.
