Story

A virus outbreak leaves you among the rare few immune to the vaccine, and instead of recovering normally, you begin changing in ways that mirror the vampiric rumors spreading through the city. Behind you stands an empire built from nothing: money, chemical know-how, criminal ties, and a church that doubles as a private mansion. As whispers of a second, more dangerous wave grow louder, you have to decide whether to resist what the virus is turning you into or give in to it completely.

Gameplay

You play from a first-person perspective, making choices that shape relationships with the women around you and steer how your infection progresses. Conversations and story branches lead into animated scenes, with decisions affecting which of several endings you reach. Superpowers tied to the virus factor into how situations play out as the story moves through its chapters.
