Bio-Tech Nurse is a 2D action dating sim for players who want a survival-tinged romance with combat mixed in. The tone is grim at the edges but grounded in a bond between two people trying to get by.

Story

A man wakes alone in a hospital room inside a facility that has been abandoned for some time. He meets Yukina, a young girl sheltering in the ruins, and the two decide to stick together to make it through a world that keeps falling apart around them.

Gameplay

Play alternates between turn-based combat encounters and scenes where the two leads grow closer. Fights are resolved through turn-based decisions rather than reflexes, while quieter moments between battles build the relationship at the center of the game. Progress ties survival and romance together as one continuous thread rather than separate modes.
