Overview
Bad Memories is a 3D adult visual novel for players who want family drama mixed with slow-burn corruption. The tone stays grounded and personal rather than campy.
Story
A man returns to his old hometown years after leaving it behind, drawn back by a lucrative job offer he can't refuse. He'd buried the memories of his father's decline and the chaos that followed his mother's death, but settling back into the same streets and faces starts to bring all of it to the surface, and old patterns begin repeating in new ways.
Gameplay
Play unfolds as a sandbox where the protagonist splits time between his new job, his apartment, and the people from his past who are still around. Days are spent choosing who to visit and how far to push each interaction, with relationships shifting gradually as trust and attraction build. Progress is tracked through a growing cast of women connected to his old life, with scenes unlocking as those bonds deepen.

- Gallery Overhaul Beta (kind of)
- Sorry, this is not a content update.
- This time I have a Beta for you to test... well, kind of, it's not really a beta, since the content itself works, but I changed the Gallery code so much, it's basically a complete overhaul. I've tested everything and had a few other people try it by sending them the new gallery script and everything seems to work, but without updating the full game (several script-files have changed and some image names), I can't really be a 100% sure.
- I've had a lot of trouble with the old gallery, the code was a mess (well it still is tbh, but it's a lot better than before xD) and it desperately needed an overhaul, so I did that, changed a lot of code, optimised a few things, shortened or combined some of the code, changed the design slightly, etc..
- There are also a few new images and some I had to change/replace, since there was no possible way to get them without using the dev console, for those you might need to replay the specific scene for them to show up.
- Aside from the gallery I've added 2 new animations and a few render to the latest Kat scene (male MC only for now). This is no content update, but since I had them done and ready I thought I'll include them as a small encouragement
