Apocalypse Slave x Warlord is a 2D adult RPG for players who want dominance and survival themes handled through numbers and choices rather than pure visual novel scenes. The tone stays grim and transactional, fitting its post-collapse setting.

Gameplay

You choose one of two roles at the start: a slave scraping by under the control of mistresses and their underlings, or a warlord running a settlement. As a slave, you track stats like Merit, Health, Energy, Sanity, and Pride, and your choices in each encounter push those numbers up or down depending on how well you please the people who control you. As a warlord, the loop shifts to managing income, manpower, and authority while sending forces against rival settlements and their leaders. Both paths use the same world but ask for different kinds of attention, one reactive and personal, the other administrative and territorial.
