Overview

Alternate Worlds is a visual novel for players who like weighty relationship drama with a life-or-death sense of consequence. The tone stays grounded even as the premise turns strange.

Story

A former athlete whose career ended in injury holds together a struggling but loving family life with his wife. A chance encounter with a mysterious older woman changes that: she grants him access to a second life he enters each night while he sleeps, one where he's wealthy, unattached, and free of family obligations. Moving between the two worlds, he has to decide which one is real to him and which he's willing to let go.

Gameplay

Play unfolds through dialogue and branching choices that shift depending on which world you're currently in, with decisions carrying forward across both lives. Outside the two households, a phone-based system lets you revisit past scenes and track how your choices have shaped events. The core loop alternates between the warmth and pressure of family life and the freedom and temptation of the alternate world, building toward a final decision between them.

Several additions have been made since the previous release, ensuring the dialogues align more seamlessly with your choices. Added many persistent choices too.
You will clearly realize that this is an improved release overall.
I've implemented the replay system on a newly phone system. There is an unlock all on the replay that you can use in extreme urgency, so it will unlock everything from previous 2 releases without you need to replay the game. Also add a love point system panel (L key).

Animation instead of sound only was added when player earn a love point.
Minor typos.
UI and dialogue bar adjustment for long names, positioning of the choices menus.
Add sound effects and moaning to all animations.
New Dialogue bar.
Edit some old content code and dialogues.
Add a new feature that reduce the music volume when there is animation.
Love Point system correctly added for later use + sound when player earn a point.
Compress some old content to reduce file size to maximum without loosing quality (35-40% from original size).
First try in a long time at animating a cum shot! Not so sure we will see tons in the game because it's a long process!
