Story

Alex and her five pregnant friends set off on a cross-country trip, determined to squeeze in as much fun as possible before any of them give birth. The road ahead is open-ended, but every stop brings them closer to a due date none of them can postpone forever.

Gameplay

Play centers on balancing resources across the group while the clock on each pregnancy keeps ticking. Players decide how far to push each stop, weighing bigger rewards against the growing risk of going into labor away from a hospital, whether that means a festival, a roadside van, or a last-minute dash to make it in time. Puzzle and simulation elements combine to turn each choice into a small gamble against the due date.
